Experiential Learning

A big thank you to the Proud To Care Cornwall as we had fun today in one of our staff meetings where we took part in an experiential learning session. Sarah, our Registered Manager, volunteered to try on an age simulation empathy suit and was supported to be fed by one of our staff members so that she could feed back her experience to the rest of us in the meeting. We all had a go at trying on the visual impairment glasses too and we look forward to the rest of us trying out the suit. We also had the opportunity to try out a Dementia Pet in the meeting and with some of our residents after.
