It is always a lovely day when Chloe brings the children from Little Flocks Childminders to visit (Chloe visits once a month with the children). There is so much research into the benefits of intergenerational interactions that tells us how great it is for both the elderly and the young to interact, boosting mood and stimulation as well as promoting positive physical and mental health. However, seeing the interactions first hand and and listening to the stories told and conversations between them, has to be one of the most heart warming (and educational) experiences ever. Thank you Chloe and the children from Little Flocks. We look forward to seeing you again next month for more fun, games and stories.
