The wonderful staff team at Polventon have been awarded a Pollards Promise Award and gifted a hamper. This is what the nominations said:

Every single person on the team goes above and beyond to provide each of our residents with the best possible care and support. Nothing is ever too much trouble for our staff and they genuinely are all the best of friends. I’ve never worked in such a caring, supportive and wholesome environment. The family vibe radiates between the residents and staff alike. The staff truly have created a home from home that enables all (staff and residents) to feel like every day is full of joy, fun and laughter. It is the kind of place I would love to be in as an elderly adult, as well as spending my working life there too. Its home!
