We know it can be difficult trying to decide which Residential Home to choose so we offer a FREE, no obligation trial day so that you can get a feel for the home, get to know us, and help us get to know you. We also offer a Day Care service which can be a great way to assist you during the day and help you settle in if you are not quite ready to move into full time residential care.
Physical needs & dementia care
If you or your loved ones have extra physical needs or require dementia care, we're happy to accommodate them. We offer a range of single rooms and views across St Mawes and Falmouth Bay.

At Polventon House, we do what we can to promote an independent lifestyle amongst all of our residents.
Respite care
If you're currently caring for an older adult and you're interested in taking a break, you may also want to look at our respite care programme.
A residential retirement home for both genders
At Polventon House, we have room for 19 residents of either gender. Our superb coastal location allows us to offer a relaxing environment that residents of various ages enjoy spending time in.
